    Umm, I'm sorry, a whaaa? :eek: I'd go along with the liquid nitrogen tank thought. The top probably clamped on similar to a tri clover clamp. I'm sure it was able to hold pressure at some point in it's life, but now....???

    Ok, let me keep looking. I'm still wanting something a hair smaller in diameter, but I'll keep this in mind. It looks like I will be out that way on friday instead of thursday, so, I'll let you know.

    No, sorry, I was actually talking about JoshuaWhite5522. The link he posted in his first post was to some plastic perf. He stated it would be laying on the bottom of his kettle. Steam? I may have confused some threads... :drunk: :mug:

    One thing to consider is that the perforated plastic you linked to has a max temp of 200*F...or did I miss something?
