Hey guys I just put a mead in primary and my wife just had a baby and I was wondering if there is away to save it till he's 21 so I guess my question is how should I bottle it so it has its chance to make it to that old or if it can even be done
With bigger batches yeast acts differently what size fermenter are you using you nite need to do a big batch of ten or fifteen gallons just to see how your yeast deals with the bigger batch
Hey I just did a cherry vanilla cider and added dried cherries and fresh vanilla in secondary and the vanilla is not very prominent the cherry is there but not so much so I guess I'm asking would it need more time like in primary or should I just ad more in secondary
