    White house beer

With stoves and a kitchen like that who needs a brew rig? My only question is, where is the pipeline?:D If he doesn't have a pipeline, he is not a homebrewer.:o

A Couple of Noobs 2nd Brew - Our Belgian Triple Nipple

I was going to suggest getting another bucket. I don't see any reason for the spigot. Use your racking cane, with the little black tip to leave most, of the yeast, hops, or trub, in the bucket.

Round chest freezers I saw at grocery store would make cool fermentation chamber

I saw these at the local grocery and thought how cool would that be. One of them looked a tad short, but the other one was taller because it had a collar built into it. I am sure they are too high right now, but down the road these things will show up on the used market, craigslist, etc...If...

    Fermentation temperature too high?

Just keep a brewing. It will be fine. Ideally you want to lower those temps, but what can you do. put it in the swamp cooler, and forget about it. Even if it tastes funny at first, by the second or third pint you will love it. ;-)

    Commercial kegerator recommendations?

I would try for a large freezer, with temp controller. Get one large enough for three cornys on the floor, and use picnic taps so you won't have to build a collar. It will just look like a chest freezer.
