BTW, GRATS on your pictorial in the Beaumont Enterprise epaper online! :)
My son is trying to get me to come down tomorrow evening to BMT for:

Yes, the fermenter is 30 liters. The coopers recipes make 23 liters (approx. 6 gallons) so it fills up around 3/4 or so. Plenty of room for a nice krausen.
Folks were asking for cheaper price on the Coopers kit (for the fermenter and all) and I found a sale so posting it here for those who want to take advantage of it. Timing is good for those tax rebate checks? ;)
hmm, said that in the email to me... but on their SITE LINK it says:

Just wanted to let folks know. :)

I've had wonderful compliments from several friends (some of which are not BMCers but even the BMCers loved it! OMG)
Unfortunately it's...
Hmm, California style IPA... Would that be an IPA with cascade hops or some other west coast hops?
It would help to know who makes the cans of extract, whether they are pre-hopped already, etc.
Example: Coopers IPA is pre-hopped. Any additional hops added just make it hoppier (other than dry...
