Your right, the retailer I purchased it from, Brewhardware.com, went above and beyond to rectify a situation that I later determined was my own fault. Brewharware.com is a first class operation.

Fortunately we purchased it from Brewhardware.com. They sent me a new pump the same day. Brewhardware.com represents a best in class organization. Turns out the issue was my own doing.

Turns out the problem was my own doing, and brewhardware.com went out of their way to resolve the situation.

I purchased the pump from Brewhardware.com and later determined the problem was my own doing. Brewhardware nevertheless went out of their way to support the product they sold. Brewhardware.com is a relatively new company, and considering their incredible customer support, they have a great future:)
