I've been brewing saisons all summer because the temps in my apartment are in the 90's. I love a good saison but I'm tired of brewing them. The temps here won't drop for another month or more. Does anybody have any suggestions for something brewed in high temps other than saisons?
I'm pretty new to homebrewing (6th batch) and I just transfered a saison to secondary. I noticed that I have several dead fruit flies, I'm guessing that's what they are, in my primary airlock. I didn't see any in the beer itself and it still smells pretty good. Should I be worried about anything...
