HELP I need some help with extracting moisture while in the fermentation process. I keep getting mold buildup inside my chest freezer at ale fermentation temperatures and am looking for some advise on how to get ride of it. please any help is greatly appreciated.

Question... say i got a 1600ml starter and dont want to pitch all the liquid. If i decant it in the fridge wont the yeast build up a protein wall when placed in the fridge because of the temperature dropping?

All grain brew. Mash temp 154 and i use a refractometer with brix on one side and gravity on the other. Calculator? Some of my other beers have finished out with the refractometer reading the correct finished gravity.
So i brewed a red ipa 2 weeks ago. Didnt have time to make a starter and its been fermenting for 2 weeks at 70 degrees starting gravity before fermentation 1.058 and its supposed to finish 1.013 but is stuck at 1.032. Help what do i do.

so just a simple question. my buddy was cleaning out his garage and found a box full of mixed sierra nevada beers and gave the box to me.. i was wondering if theses beers are still good to drink? there are a couple celebration ales, harvest wet hop, and estate ales.
