    Am making a extract American ipa. 5 gallon batch, I accidentally put 6 gallons of water in it. The brix is at 9 and sg is at 1.036. Is the batch going to be ok? Am afraid that I will not reach the ABV is supposed to be at 5.6 after the2nd ferment. I just brewed it 1-23-2020. Hops aremagnum 1oz...

    cider house kit

    I put coopers carbonation drops (2 in every bottle) It has been two weeks tried the cider and there is very little carbonation. What can I for the carbonation is better. It is store in 65 to 70 degrees. It is a kit from cider house.
