    Just dusted off the old True Brew kit. Have not used it in 4 years or so. Started this weekend off right with a Batch of Red Devil Ale and a Pinot Noir in the primary. Hoping I don't screw anything up too bad, it's been a long time and probably only have 10 batches under my belt since 2001...

    2 Questions about sugar? When? Priming?

    I read the directions wrong and added sugar to my wort after I had already boiled it and put in the primary. I did boil a small amt of water added 3 cups as recomended for the Devil Red Ale and stirred briskly. Think I'm ok? I read the directions 3 times after my first mistake and do not see...

    How long is wine good for?

    I have some Chianti and Chardoney I botteled in 2002 and did not know how long it was good for. Any suggestions?
