I so agree with this. I'm very excited about the emergence of the craft beer industry, but I also tend to gravitate toward session beers. Even going to a top tier beer bar, anything under 6% alcohol is going to be a wheat beer or a BMC. I think there is a huge market for well made, less...

I think Hops Direct ships to Canada.... I priced these out when I thought I'd have to buy them from Oz.... would have been like $80-100/lb for these with shipping. I'm gladly paying $21/lb including shipping.

I did one batch and switched to grain.... haven't looked back once. There a tons of posts on here about doing all-grain on the cheap. Cooler and parts to do a mash tun are <$75 and you are good to go. You can make that up in grain vs LME in 5-10 batches.

I guess that patience is a virtue...... Over a year later I'm tooling around on Hops Direct and I find that they have them by the pound. Order placed...... can't wait to try these out in a pale ale. I'll update on the results.

Apparently, the kids from the final scene are different actors from the prior scenes (2 years older). Also, their clothes are different. Very similar (red shoes vs white, slightly different patterns, etc.), but different.

did you take a hydrometer reading before you bottled? bottling two weeks after dry hopping isn't an issue.
