    Strawberry Jalapeno Wine

    Going to have to try the jalapeno apple peach... the wife has finally gotten into playing with brewing and she'll throw those scotch bonnet peppers in everything if I don't watch her so a spicy wine is perfect for her. Really curious how your strawberry jalapeno turns out since its high abv...

    Hello from MN

    Hello all, Just joined after lurking for a few months. On my 4th brew as of this weekend so new to the hobby and loving it. Just ordered 2 more primaries so I should be doing 15 gal total at a time soon. Thank you to everyone here since you've been a huge help already!

    Extra Pale Ale

    I just brewed that same kit on Saturday. The bubbling started to slow in the airlock today. Fingers crossed I didn't screw anything up :P
