    My Infection NIGHTMARE :(

Are you sure no tools are getting in there that aren't properly sanitized? Airlock? Spoons? Anything that can be a common denominator to it all? I wear gloves And have a spray bottle of starsan that I am always spraying my hands and everything I touch. I hope your nightmare gets better!!

    Simple BIAB Calculator

Will do. Not sure when I am going to brew but it will be soon. I have to see how those measurements (in inches) are going to work. In my pot I have an indented ring near the bottom where a grate sits on, I think it is for steaming tamales, so the measurements are going to be a little off. At...

    Simple BIAB Calculator

Quick question, what is the grain temperature? Are we talking just like ambient temperature? Or if somebody stores the grains in the refrigerator or something? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

    Pumpkin Spiced Ale

I tasted a little before it went into primary and man did it taste good. But after going through primary and secondary i cant even taste the pumpkin. Maybe because of the...

    First batch

On kits I've made they always had a range for OG and FG. Usually 4-6 points range.

    Pumpkin Spiced Ale

How much brown sugar did you use? I'm going to pumpkin pie filling ~60 oz with a stout kit then add some coffee into the 2ndary fermenter.

    5 gal buckets

Do you know what would be kind of cool, is those space saver bags used as a grain storage. Vacuum sealed so no air is in there, although don't know how feasible or how durable those bags are.

    5 gal buckets

I can't imagine more than 2; Grain in a 5 gallon bucket would be very heavy. I am not an expert however, just thinking off the top of my head.
