    Have you had good results with the wlp 300 or 3068? If so, what is the trick? I had variable results with 3068....from sulfer to low esters.....etc. I love the weizen style beer i had in germany years ago and am trying to replicate it :mug:

    I have only used the 3068, a great yeast, but it requires a different fermentation schedule because of the sulfer it produces. with paitence[14 days in primary] it makes a great beer. thats why I recomend the wb-06, in 14 days I am already drinking it!
