I'm all set on the grains too.. have some batches planned for the next few weeks, but haven't done too much. Maybe beginning of the fall or so would make more sense?
Last Saturday evening I brewed up a simple amber ale.. with 5 gallons hopped normally and 3 gallons I experimentally boiled with ginger only to make a ginger beer. So I'm interested to see how that works. This was a bit of kitchen sink brew since I used up a bunch of odds and ends and left-over...

I closed the rye split. If we don't finish the munich split I started.. no big deal.
Does anyone know how long the grain is good for storage assuming no mice, moisture, etc?

Started a new split for some munich
I ordered 1/4 bag of the flaked corn, but we still need someone to get 1/4 bag to finish that one.
Then I ordered full bags of CM-2row (2 bags) & BD-PALE.
