This is now my fifth extract brew and I'm wondering if I haven't added enough hops given the high OG of 1.090.
It was supposed to be a dubbel pitched on the Wyeast 3787 yeast cake from the tripel I now have in the secondary. The OG is obviously very high for a Dubbel.

If you don't drink it for a couple months, aren't you risking losing some of the fresh hop flavor?
I've heard 2 months after brewing an IPA can lose a drastic amount of hop flavor. Do you do anything special to keep the hop flavor fresh?
I'm going to start my first batch tomorrow (a porter) and thought I'd stop in here and say hi.
If anybody else brews in Chicago, or knows of any good resources, please let me know.
