I bottle mine in clear bottles, the SWMBO likes to pull out a couple of bottles for company and likes the look of the clear bottles. I carb half of mine in champagne bottles and leave the other still in regular wine bottles, and I actually prefer it still.

We will be enjoying AHS Bavarian Hefe that just finished carbing and nice smooth ice cold tap water (but just to combat the 103 degree heat)

I just bought the Johnson Digital Temp Control form Northern Brewer online, ordered on Tuesday and received it in my doorstep Friday afternoon. Cost me $88 with shipping, set it up on my chest freezer and works like a charm.
