I bottle mine in clear bottles, the SWMBO likes to pull out a couple of bottles for company and likes the look of the clear bottles.
I carb half of mine in champagne bottles and leave the other still in regular wine bottles, and I actually prefer it still.
Having grown up a as a german-american just a stone's throw from Shiner, TX and the great Spoetzl Brewery. I am a Bock man! Although, their Hefe is good enough for me to be a Hefe man!

On my second pint of this stuff and man.....this stuff has an amazing flavor. Not as sweet as Woodchuck, semi-dry, nice cider flavor with a slight malty sweetness. Very smooth and (will probably regret this in the morning) easy to drink large quantities.

Thanks for input, I decided to bottling my Hefe, if only for the reason that I only have two kegs and they are spoken for with other brews better suited for a nice draft.

I just bought the Johnson Digital Temp Control form Northern Brewer online, ordered on Tuesday and received it in my doorstep Friday afternoon. Cost me $88 with shipping, set it up on my chest freezer and works like a charm.

Just brewed a batch of Graff this afternoon. Followed the recipe exactly.......used 100% apple juice from Walmart, Safale-05 and Cascade hops (7.5%AA)
