i ordered this in march
http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=274
and after using it for 1 keg. the o ring inside the connector to the tank disintegrated so to speak. although the Customer Service guy seem to be eager to help. i keep getting the jerk around. and it's been 2 weeks...
made this in march and drank it over the weekend. very very dry and very good. powerful but extremely drinkable. kegged and forced carbed it worked like a dream.
thanks for the recipe
if your worred about sediment you can sacrafice the bottom 1/2 inch or so of the fermentor. with enough time and planning you should be able to do it that way.
if you could do the filtering method. i know there is a thrad on here that i have read about it.
depending on mow much time you have. you coudl always do a secondary or even a third fermentation. along with cold crashing each one. that way you have next to nothing in the keg when you transport it. but that would take alot of time.
yeah 5 seems like you were pushing way to hard.
i didn't even use 1 all the way when i cut mine. but as long as the jobs done and your happy with your ROI then your good.
