    @rlonardo - moved into fridge just after pulling FG beer for testing. OG ~ 1.053 Mash 153F for 60 min. step to 170F for 10, fly spare. could I remove from fridge, regain temp and repitch? if so, diff yeast?

    good news! bubbles are finally coming up the airlock. 1 bubble approx. every 5 secs. i guess i'll let it do its thing then pull a gravity check in a week or so. i'll also sniff it for butterscotch and plan on doing the rest if needed. this lag is def gonna shorten my lagering time so we'll see...
