This is my first batch ever done. I believe I finally got the taste were I want it. Now how do I stop fermentation and bottle it. This would be a huge help if somebody could give my some instructions. Also it taste fantastic but smells fowl why? Can I fix the smell?
Yeah crushed mine up and they just keep floating up And down with bubbles..the femintad ion should of stopped by now and the campden tablet should of dissolved it's been 36 hours..wonder if my tablets are no good
I put Camden tablets in crushed up to finish my hard cider. I must of not crushed it enough now it wont dissolve and just floats on top and through out my cider..any suggestions
I was going to do the same add a little apple concentrate to make sweeter! Now you say fermentation might set in again but if I bottle that right away and put in fridge won't the fermentation stop? Also will the pressure be to much for a bottle then?
