    Would your mash temp have an effect on your efficiency? Maybe higher temp, more dextrins, more malt flavor and less alcohol.

    Two weeks in keg and tasting great. Reminds me of Lagunitas IPA aroma and flavor.

    What size chest freezer to get? Keezer.

    I can put two kegs and one 5lb co2 in my 7cft. If I put the co2 on the ledge in the freezer I could put 3 kegs with room. Got my freezer at Sam's club for ~190.00.

    Kegged since Monday. Could only get to 1024 final gravity from 1069. Taste is OK but still carbing up Definitely not a rogue dead guy.

    Brewed a 1.5 gal batch tonight. I bought a 2 gal ferm bucket today so I put it to work.

    Do you also Carb your beer with gas line connected to liquid in? I just added a liquid connector to my gas line to blow back any hop sediment that gets in my uptake tube, and will also use this for carbing.
