I found that poppet valve springs make good auto return springs. They are a must, in my opinion.

that would be alright, but i was hoping to use the brewery to make something. I do have spare kegs and open taps on my keezer, though. I tried that last time I brewed. The middle kid wouldnt try it, and the youngest barely touched it with his tongue. He said he loked it, but wouldn't do anymore...

My kids want to help me with just about everything. They are age 9-4. What can I make with my brewery that they can help with, and later drink? I've thought about tea, but that seems too simple, but maybe simmple is best for their ages?

I'll see if that works. If not, I'll move the tank outside the keezer and move the filter in its spot. Shouldn't ba a problem after that.

This is kinda specialized, I have a four tap keezer with one tap dedicated to water. My water always tastes bad, so i am putting in a water filter and am looking for a push connect that is 1/4 NPT to 1/4 hose (EVA barrier) and is 90*. Also, a 90* that would screw on my beer shank and be 1/4" hose.

I figured it would probably be cheaper and easier to just buy a new system if I'm going to replace everything but the tank That would be surprising. I'm not scared of a little plumbing, though.

Would it be possible (and budget friendly) to retrofit a new valve and replace the media, or would I be better off just buying a new system? I know, I need to have my water tested first, but generally, which would be better?

I went to another place, it was $35 for the test, and got on the maintenance program which is $12.50 per tank per year, and I just swapped for a full tank. They keep track of serial numbers in case the tank gets stolen.
