    Wine Rack Plans???

I did use the 1x4's in his plan. The only thing I changed in his plans was the height. Be forewarned that when you make it larger, it gets pretty stinking heavy even when empty.

    Wine Blending

I have a batch of Strawberry and a batch of Rhubarb wine that are both bulk aging at the moment. I really want to blend some of each into a strawberry rhubarb, but have never done so. How would I go about it? The strawberry is a bit further along as I have already filtered it and I plan to...

    No carbonation

I bottled a java stout about 2 months ago and I cannot get it to carbonate. I have moved it to the warmest spot in the house I can find (which is a bit difficult being in Minnesota), covered everything with fleece blankets, set it on a heat register, and roused all of the bottles. Anyone have...

    Vanilla Porter

Too much yeast certainly can create off flavors, especially if the beer sat in the fermenter too long on top of the yeast bed. That is not to say that is what created the sour taste, however. Allow the porter to age. Most porters take quite a long time to reach peak flavor. I once had one from...

    Wine Rack Plans???

Just built a version of greyhounds rack and made it a bit larger. It will hold 84 bottles and is extremely sturdy. Whole thing was less than $40.
