    Liquid side flow problem

OK, so I feel really dumb. I pulled the post off and checked the liquid side dip tube o-ring and found it to be completely hashed. I must have confused the keg that I checked before with this one. Any how, I changed the o-ring and all is well. Thanks to all who chimed in.

    Keg/Carboy Washer

I just wanted to say thanks to all of those who have taken the time to post Keg/Carboy washer builds. I just built one this weekend using a mashup of your ideas and I have to say that this thing is fantastic! It was simple and quick to build, relatively inexpensive, and literally cleans the...

    Liquid side flow problem

I've not had this problem with other kegs. I swapped the whole disconnect, line, and tap assembly for another one that just came off of a keg the poured great so I think the issue is within this keg itself. I'll make sure to post the solution if/when I get there.

Irish Red Ale Raging Red Irish Red Ale

I just racked a 10 gallon batch of this beauty to kegs this past weekend. I brewed the recipe, unchanged, and hit the gravity numbers. The sample from the primary tasted terrific and the color is outstanding. I can't wait to try it carbonated. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Festbier Bee Cave Brewery Oktoberfest Ale

I've been looking for an Oktoberfest for my first lager. The grist bill for this recipe looked great so I gave it a shot this past weekend. The grist and hops were scaled for 10 gallons without other changes. Mash schedule: * Sac reset @ 148 F for 20 min * Pulled 16 qts, thick mash, for a...
