I've used something similar. Like Erik says, this is intended for color correction. It's used in such small amounts that it doesn't contribute any flavor or aroma. But honestly, it's much easier (and cheaper) to color-correct with black malt.
In addition to the LHBS already mentioned, 3rd Horse Craft Beverage Supply in Elkhart (Indiana) is top notch. I know it's not in Chicagoland, but depending where you're at in the city, it's not a bad drive.

I've used the Prostejov in my pils and dark lager recipes and have been happy with the results. I don't have a spec sheet, but I get 81-82% mash efficiency with single infusion at 150F, so I'm assuming it's highly modified.
