    Tonites bottling will free up a bunch of room for a new batch and im thinking my garden carrots will be the theme. Ive seen a few recipes some of which called for peppercorns, raisins etc. Has anybody made a "dry" carrot wine they really enjoyed? If ya did, and don't mind sharing how ya did...

    This year I took the remains of a 6 gal batch of grape wine made and made a secondary 3 gallon batch from the leftover must.
