Just added 5 lbs of mangoes to my dragon fruit mead.

This sounds super interesting, i’d love to know how it comes out. Also I definitely highly recommend the stir plate for your healthy big yeast colony/starter. Happy meading 🍯🍷

70.5 + 6 gallons traditional mead = 76.5 gallons total

Added raspberries and lemons/zest and also back sweetened my raspberry lemonade session. Also started a new traditional mead( added to gallons produced)

Bottled up 3 gallons of bourbon stave aged bochet and 4 gallons of the cherry mead today.

20 gallons plus 7.5 blueberry and 7.5 dragonfruit = 35 gallons

Travel ban and tons of snow again in Buffalo, no big deal, I’ll make a bunch of meads today. Blueberry melomel and also a dragonfruit melomel.
