Maltodextrin to offset cane sugar 'thinning'?

So I've decided to get creative and modify my next batch recipe. It's an IPA and is based off of a TrueBrew kit. I'm adding some sugar to up the ABV., increasing the boil, and adding another oz. of aroma hops to up the IBUs. Due to logistical constraints, I was unable to secure additional...

Batch #2, the TrueBrew way (need help upping the IBUs!)

    Water for cleaning/sanitizing

Yes, the C-Brite instructions say to rinse surface after use. My fear is that I'll sanitize everything with the solution and then just go and recontaminate with the raw rinse. Guess I'll just stick with the spring water for everything.

    Water for cleaning/sanitizing

Howdy, I recently purchased a beginner brown ale kit and am ready to begin the process. Before I start sanitizing everything, I wanted to check with you folks on something. My tap water originates from a well beneath my house. I only use it for bathing/washing dishes/watering plants/etc...
