Fellow duck hunter here. IPA works well, kind of brightens the flavor. Whackem and stackem If your frying, cook med-med rare. Stewing, longer the better. Texas Spilt season opens back up Saturday! Here we go again!!

Did this after I tested my non carbonated Pumkin ale, mixed it with a carbonated cream ale and it was awesome.

Raspberry Wheat

It's only 2 months old. I'm to early in the brew hobby to shy away from glass. Luckily I got in on some plastic PET deals so I'm not without. I'll probably call AHB and see what they say, maybe they will replace it.

Left it in the sink over night to soaking went to clean it and noticed that no water was inside.

Howdy folks! Just moved my first batch to my secondary (American Cream Ale). Also brewed my second batch a Pumkin Ale. I'm loving it !! Hit all my numbers so far. Any who just wanted to share my excitement. Big thanks to my buddy Jacob who has helped me along the way with all my questions.

Thanks for the warm welcoming! My buddy built me a wish list at AHB and I pulled the trigger this morning. I'm jacked up right now! It will be a few weeks before I start up as I am waiting for a one on one with him on my first batch.
