    I just went to order ingredients and noticed there was no amount on the Weyermann Vienna malt. How much did you use? Im guessing about 10 to 11 pounds? also at what point did you whirlpool? and at what temperature? Thanks.

    Thank You Thehaze! This seems just like what im looking for. When did you add the hops? like for bittering? I plan to use half of my hops(huell melon and mandarin barvaria ) for bittering and the rest for dry hopping....What would you recommend for bittering and which for dry hopping? Also...

    Next time your at jesses....try PEAK ORGANIC IPA! I was sitting outside in their patio a couple of years ago ..perfect weather...thai wings and decided to try something new besides my beloved switchback...I tried the peak organic ipa and fell in love...WHAT FLAVOR a religious experience! BTW...

    HI Bull....thats is exactly what i plan on doing....ive only done extracts so thats what im gonna do here...i found an IPA that is soooo good it is a relegious experience to me....peak organic ipa! So my plan is to either find a good recipe...or just get another kit....(ipa) and load it up...
