    So my buddy and i bottled a Peach Ale 3 months ago, still very little carbonation. I dont wanna waste this batch, so i was thinking of putting them back into a bottling bucket and re bottling them. If i do this should i add a new packet of yeast and try it over? any advice would be greatly...

    hey, all. Brewed a peach hefeweizen yesterday, its fermenting like crazy! but, it looks brown in the carboy will it turn yellow? or lighten up at all over time? i used wheat extract and followed the recipe to a T? is this normal?

    Damn, i didn't know that about the gravity. Thanks. Yeah this beer has my number and i consider myself seasoned in the beer assimilation dept, but whoa! being as we didn't take a reading in the beginning i may never know for this particular beer.

    Newbie, sorry guys. So i have a double Imperial RED IPA. Spent a week in the primary, now is in the secondary and has been dry hopping for a week. I was thinking about bottling, but its still bubbling (very weak, i might add) about every 40-45 Seconds. should i bottle or hold off? Thanks guys! :mug:
