    Upgrading grain size

    personally I'd go with 2 Row and MO, with a 10 pound bag of carapils. Only because I've started using it to help with body/head retention. I dont need a 50 pound bag but, i can easily justify a 10 pound bag.

    I always hang a tag on my fermentors with batch, and brew date. SWMBO rolls her eyes but I love being "that guy". Then when I rack i hang the tags in my binder to keep track of them.

    Sorry for the late response, but yea I used it and have a ton of action going on. I cleaned and sanitized the jar days in advance. I brew 1 gallon batches so a half of pack works just great for me.:mug:

    Outdoor burners?

    I went with the King Kooker. Mainly becuase it was 25" tall and right around 50.00. Just picked it up last night.
