I just did the whole bean addition today as well. Going to try it in a few days to see if it is ready to bottle. Did the cold brewed coffee before and didn't like it as much. Hoping this works better.
Yeah I know I am rushing it but I figured it is worth it. I only plan on having a few at Christmas I am not looking for best flavor (that I know can take months for certain stouts) just good and fully carbed.

Has anyone brewed this at lower then normal ABV? I am thinking of doing it at about 6%. I bottle my beer and I want it to be carbed up and drinkable by Christmas. I can't brew it until the first of December that is why the slightly rushed timeline. Any advice on the chocolate and coffee...
That is a good idea. I had a dual sported XR650R. So much power, was a great dual sport and way more comfortable then a dirt bike should.

I got a smoking deal on it. I paid 9000 for it with all the extras. It is worth 15000.
The Wee is a great bike and now that you can buy knobbies for almost any size rim you can do some decent off road in one.

It is from The Brooklyn Brewshop new book. They did get it from Pattinson then I tweaked it with the rye and the hops. I just kept the name.

Here is a two gallon batch I made on Friday. Tasted a hydro sample today kind of early but tasted great, malty and hoppy. Still has a few gravity points to finish, can't wait till it is finished.

It was a wooden mold with a kangaroo "scrotum " wrapped around it. It was designed to look like a scrotum with balls and a bottle opener on top. I liked asking people to "Hand me my sack/balls." When I needed to open a beer. The look on my wife's female friends face was worth it.

Wedding ring as well. My wife used to care but after I threw out my kangaroo scrotum bottle opener I got at a tourist shop in Sydney she is happy.
