So if I back off the heavy dry hop the brown sugar will come through better? I still want it to be a strong IPA...Im I asking too much out of this beer?
12 lbs. - 2 Row Pale Malt
3/4 lb. - Amber Malt
1/2 lb. - Crystal Malt (60L)
1/2 lb. - Chocolate Malt
2 oz. - Roasted Barley (a little goes a long way)
1/2 lb. - Dark Brown Sugar (added with 10min left in boil)
3.5 OZ Warrior 90 min
1 0z Sorachi 45
1 simcoe 30 min

Awesome advice! I was thinking of doing a light honey ale. I read an article that the white house did a honey ale and that sparked my interest. Cider! Good idea, have done one before though, cant be much more difficult than AG. Can you point me in the right direction to a good cider recipe?
