I think like any IPA, the fresher you get it the more hop aroma and flavor it will have. Having had the 90 minute fresh at the brewery and brew pub I can tell you it has plenty of hop flavor and aroma. I've also had it infused with their Randal system, which gives it a nice grassy hop flavor...

I've never made cider before, although l eventually do want to try and do it. There was an episode of basic brewing where they dry hopped cider with some hops. They seemed impressed by the results as well.
Just brewed 5 gallons of an attempt at Firestone Walker Double Jack clone. Currently fermenting at 64 degrees. Here is hoping that it comes close. The thought of a 5 gallon keg of Double Jack boggles my mind!
