Bottled on March 1st. Hit 1050 for the OG. Not as good as as I would have liked. Second time I have made this beer. I can't get enough. Great recipe BM!
This is my version of the Irish Red. Very drinkable. Followed the op to the "T". Great recipe. This will go into the rotation.

Brewed this tonight. Boil got away from me. Ended up with 4.5gal of wort. Ended up with an OG of 1.082. Pitched onto a yeast cake from a previous batch using WLP 001.
Should I compensate with extra dry hops to compensate the higher gravity? Any thoughts would be much obliged.
I do have the homemade stir plate. Normally I do use it. I just switched from my go to yeast SO4 to my first ever liquid yeast. My ignorance told me that it would be okay to not make a starter. Thanks for the advice. I know different now.
