I have been using a corny for my secondary for a while. I tried hard to over think the air lock issue than a buddy pointed out that I just needed to put a gas quick disconnect with a hose running to some water. Acts just like a blow off. Should have seen some of the mess I came up with :)

I toured their brewery last August I think. They were serving their barrel aged Devil's Backbone in the tasting room. Red wine barrels if I'm not mistaken.

Pretty good stuff. Their current seasonal, Devil's Backbone (a Belgian triple), I like a lot.

I used shelving brackets from home depot and some gorilla glue. Tray is held on with 3M dual lock. Will hold a full pitcher with no problems

When I was there, there was probably around six left after I bought my two. Probably have some good luck though. They were kind of hidden plus I don't know how many shoppers at central market are in the market for home brew supplies.
