submerging bottles in water isnt really necessary..... just build a small simple 2 tub incubator.... full control over temps and bottles will stay dry.... happy brewing 2 u

why not take 2 tubs.... fill the bottom tub with a little water and mount the water heater on the bottom.... set temp then put the other tub in the 1st tub and insert beer bottles....test it 1st and incubate..... basically thats what u need is an incubator be sure the water level is atleast...
