Northern Brewer has their 3/4" O.D. x 1/2" I.D. silicone tubing for $1.65/ft. That's a great price!

I brewed the recipe from a past Zymurgy and it turned out very nice. I had a 6pk of Bell's Two Hearted Ale to compare and was pleasantly surprised. It uses WLP001

Here's my setup, just finished the welding and will soon be adding the 3rd burner for the mash tun. Currently using a cooler mash tun.

I utilize option #3 and get upper 70's to lower 80's efficiency.

How many lbs/bag? How is the funding handled?

I just got my setup made, had some difficulty with my stir bar (1-3/8") staying in the center of the flask. It wanted to spin off center quickly. I think I may try a 2" stir bar at some point if anyone thinks it might help?
