    Bill- I noticed that the spreadsheet no longer lists the difference between what I (over)paid and what was owed (ahtanum) got cancelled. Was the difference returned via paypal, or will you be distributing cash? Ghoti will be picking up for me, so I wanted to know ahead of time. Thanks!

    3 FLoyds Zombie Dust attempt. Help/info requested

    Anyone have any tips on clearing out the beer after the dryhop? I dryhopped in a fine mesh bag with glass marbles to keep it submerged, but the final result was hazy. I used Irish moss in the boil and use clarex to make gluten drop for my gluten sensitive wife (it does work for her)- but still...

    First GF brew

    Tasted today when putting it in the secondary. It was not pleasant, very bitter an astringent, but the sample had a lot of the sediment in it, as well as some of the pellet hop. I'm staying optimistic. We will see what happens. Gonna give it a week with the dry hop. Probably condition 3 weeks...

    So this has been in the carboy for 15 days. It just stopped bubbling on day 13, and there's still a bit of krauesen on top. Used s-04 rehydrated w/o a starter. Primary fermentation seriously lasted almost two weeks. Is this normalish? Regardless, I'm transferring to secondary and dry hopping...

    I don't think I'll get much in terms of flavor from the oats, but I thought that it may aid in head retention and a little better feel to the beer. I want this beer to seem as "real" as possible. Most, if not all, the commercial GF beers are not very good.
