    How does an idiot know if fermentation is stuck?

    You'll have to wait until you can get a gravity reading to know. I've never added sugar to wort in fermentor so I don't know if that has ill effects or not. I ferment at 64-66 for most of my ales so that should be alright depending on what yeast you used.

    Hefeweisen recipe, need help!

    I have heard that unmalted wheat and barley gelatinize at normal mash temps. I have never tried it myself but I generally use flaked wheat whenever a recipe calls for raw/unmalted wheat. Requires no milling and can add straight to mash. Usually mash my wheats on the light side of 148-151 degrees...

    Another Keezer Build

    I used a plastic door sweep I found at Lowes. It's self adhering and comes in 3 ft. lengths. Sanded the top really good and stuck it on. Compressor kicks on half as much since I did it.
