First brew? I would skip secondary. Too much risk for infection or other issues. I would leave it in primary for another two weeks or just bottle.

I had been a fan of this for a while until my last two batches were contaminated by the olive oil. I now use a wine whip for aeration.

I brewed this once. Turned out way too dark and way too sweet. NB's speckled hefer was much better.

Grolsch, the only beer I ever poured out while in high school! Nasty! This from a guy that drank .99 cent quarts of Old Milwaukee. I've had Pilsner Urquell at the factory in Pils and it was awesome.

I recently made the extract version. Turned out great. Lots of compliments on it. Reminds me off Schafly's pumpkin ale. I did a spice addition at flame out and the spice tea at bottling. Three weeks in primary. Primed with DME.

Brewed this today. My OG came out at 1.052. Six gallon boil with five gallons at finish probably the reason. Topping off to 6 seemed excessive so I left it at five gallons. Will see how it goes. Also put 1 tsp of pumpkin spice in at 10 min left.
