I tried carbed and non carbed. I drink just about anything, i really dont care, hell i drink straight from the hose. However, everyone I spoke to likes the carbed stuff. A friend of mine had a six pack of beer, still felt thirsty, then 1L of my AW and had one hell of a next day! LOL

Hi all, i just transfered my wine to bulk aging and I was wondering what my Alochol % is. my starting was 1.105 and my final is 0.992. I think i had an excel spreadsheet (somewhere I can't find) to give me the % but I have been drinking from the syphon... please, anyone???

I used motts cloudy unfiltered apple juice and it never fully cleared up. after 4 months in the primary it looked the same as I bought it, only lighter in colour.

Well tonight I bottled 10 gallons of 5 month old AW in Grolsch bottles and one 2L pop bottle for the left overs. Let me tell you something, I bought a Strongbow yesterday and it tases the exact same as my AW. All it needs is a bit of carbonation and its set. I already have my 3rd batch...

Mine was watery and bad after 4 weeks. However at 2 months it tastes good, i cant believe the change it went through. They are still in the carboys and I will bottle it in the next few weeks where it will sit for a bit more. I put apple juice in a glass and mixed it up before i drank it...
