For the zest I'm looking for the aroma.
I've heard the puree gives the flavor on the back end so I'm looking for something to trick the brain.
Alongside citrus hops I'm hoping the zest would do the trick.
I'm thinking of making a blood orange IPA.
Blood Oranges are out of season so I'm going to have to buy a Puree or Juice.
I was wanting to add the zest as well at the end of the boil. Does anybody know if other citrus zests could be added as a substitute? Maybe even a blend?

isinglass is used all over the world to clear up beer and wine... at any rate i think i will brew the beamish recipe today it looks/sounds good, and i don't have a stout on right now.
