    Fruit Beer Succulent Strawberry Blonde

    Anyone try this using strawberry extract as opposed to the fruit directly? And any recommendations as to quantity and timing of its use if so?

    First time brewer, looking for recipe suggestions!

    Have all my supplies and itching to get started!! I'm looking for a good AG or partial amber recipe to get started with. Don't want to ruin my motivation by making a crappy first batch. Love Mac & Jacks, but thinking a slightly lighter bodied amber. Suggestions are much appreciated!
