I'm in the final hour of my Brutus 10 build. I've hit a small wall though now that I'm ready to test it out. It seems that the gas pressure is not regulated correctly. I'm still researching this, but thought I'd post the issue to see if anyone has any insight...

That is awesome. I would think there would be quite a bit of oxidation with a 30 year old bottle, but I've heard jamil say that tiny amounts of oxidation help add sherry notes to the overall flavor. Cool stuff, cheers!
Thanks... I'd be using a pump with this, coming out of plate chiller. Ultimately it will go into a conical whenever I can take out the loan to afford one... using this type of a set up would allow oxygenation without exposing the wort to the air.

Looking at building one of these myself rather than buy a pre-built piece. So, is that just an o2 stone & wand you have going through a compression fitting? And you got the compression fitting from brewhardware?
