What can happen if fermentation temperature is too high? Its above 78 but airlock is bubbling like crazy. More than any other beer I made. How can I lower temp if I need to
I just brewed a pumpkin ale last night and the temperature might have been too high when I added the yeast. The bucket feels warm now and the temp is not showing because it only goes to 78 deg. The airlock is bubbling like crazy though. Should I try to bring down temp?
