I've dry hopped 3 of my batches lately. It's NZ Nelson Sauvin.
The beer came out grassy with an overly sweety hop taste, i don't know how to put it into words though.
But everyone seems to get good results from dry hopping. Is it very dependent on the recipe/hops to choose to...
My beer is a little bit too sweet, I want to bitter it up a bit.
What i need to know is, can I make hop tea the way I boil up a wort, just without fermentables. If so, how much water volume do I need ?

It seems dark in the carboy because the light cannot get through the liquid in the carboy as easily as in the glass, hence it looks darker. If you follow the recipe correctly, the color difference should be very slim to none.

I decided to fix this batch by adding CARAMEL.
I used 1/2 kilo of table sugar, boiled it until it turned dark and dilute with some water, preventing it from hardening, then added the mixture into the beer.
