    beer gone bad

 I am not sure what happened but... I brewed a Hefeweizen on the 4th of June. Everything went fine. I let it sit in the primary for 6 days. Then racked to secondary. I check the gravity a found it had it had only gone from 1.048 to1.026. I repitched some dry yeast and nothing after a week...

I checked the airlock and pushed in a little bit further and the bubbles started up again. Thanks ChillHayze for the advice.

    Seconday Airlock ???

I didn't keep the entire recipe. But it had 1 lb of grain 6lbs. of LME and I added about 1/4 lb of Candy sugar.

    Seconday Airlock ???

I brewed a Hefewweizen on the 4th of June, racked to secondary on the 10th of june and at that point took a reading. It went from 1.050 to 1.026 I thought it was done until I saw that. I pitched dry yeast again and still have no airlock bubbles. Will it finish out with out any airlock bubbles...

    Commercial Labels

There are some threads about it, the easiest way is to soak the bottles in ammonia and water. They will slide rightoff. I leave mine overnight.

    Is shipping beer legal?

That's what I do. I just wrap with bubble wrap and ship away. No harm no foul! :mug:

I go to Stienfillers too. From OC not far at all. They have great supplies and are very helpful.

    Propane usage?

I'm in the same boat. Did two batches on the same tank. I read somewhere on here that most everyone gets 4 batches from a full tank.
