Thanks for all the input. As I was getting the CO2 tank filled at the LHBS, they mentioned that the keg in and out posts may have a slightly different diameter on my ball lock kegs and that might be the cause of the leak, if I have them the wrong way round. Is that normal, if so how do I know...
