So I have the ingredients for the clone (extract), but I don't know when to add lactose... could someone just write out the whole process for the recipe with these ingredients: Extract.............6lbs Lactose.................1lbs Briess 2 row caramel 60 grains...........11 oz Fuggles...

Yeah, I thought it looked like it was coming along just fine. Out of curiosity, when do you guys do your first tastes usually? Obviously its not ready, but I dont' want to mess with the process, so when I can try it, what do I use and how do I do it safely?

Yeah, then added lme and hops accordingly, guess it makes sense if I had lme then it was an extract brew
